Your Advocates For Legal Disputes
The age-old advice about “choosing your battles” holds true in civil litigation. Just as important as knowing when to engage is knowing that someone has your back in a fight.
At Hurley Law PA, you are represented by trial-tested lawyers who can advocate effectively for you in any forum. We prepare your case for court to give you the most options for a favorable resolution of your dispute, whether that means taking your case to trial or negotiating a settlement.
Tim Hurley and Sarah Day Hurley are a husband-and-wife team with more than 30 years of combined experience in business and civil litigation. They represent individuals and businesses throughout the State of South Carolina.
Business Attorneys With Real-World Experience
Tim and Sarah were the founders of Brew & Ewe, a popular coffee bar and gift shop featuring woolen crafts in downtown Greenville. They started the venture in 2006 and operated it for nearly 10 years. From that hands-on experience, they have a genuine appreciation of what it takes to run a small business. Those insights help them to empathize and advocate more effectively for their business clients.
That same entrepreneurial spirit led them to form their own law practice, Hurley Law PA. Sarah brings 20 years of experience as an attorney at two of the largest law firms in South Carolina and North Carolina. Tim has been licensed in South Carolina since 2003. In addition to his practice in civil litigation and election law, he has taught philosophy at the University of Notre Dame, Furman University and Greenville Technical College.
